Board games are one of my favourite hobbies. I love spending time, playing entertaining and mind challenging games with my family. Board games are known to be a popular activity for many around the world. Statistics have shown that a total of $52.1 million was made last year in America from board games, roughly 15% more than videogames. Retail sales have increased by up to 15-20% due to board games. Board games are enjoyable and you can enjoy competing against your friends and family. There are diverse types of board games, the board gaming industry have changed the techniques, style and game play of games over the years. Board games have changed from Checkers to Scrabble. Board games have branched open to various audiences through dozens of genres in board games.
Personally my favourite types of games are the ones that can be competitive such as Monopoly and Chess. I love attending board came clubs where you can meet up with friends and even people that I don’t even know but still have an amazing time playing against new people and enhancing my knowledge and tactics in that game. Board game clubs also help find new friends, personally I made a few friends through one of Ononga’s board club events highlighted on their website. Board gaming events are difficult to locate, but sites like Ononga can help you. It is amazing what you can learn from these events, for instance in the board game event friends and members of the club teach me new classical games that I have never heard off. Joining such proceedings are worthwhile and it is an amazing experience for everyone to play board games, make new friends and learn new games. Ononga will show events that place in various locations, Ononga allows you to organise events. Visit the website to find out more.

Art is a huge passion and interest of mine, being able to unleash my creativity. I specialise in pencil portraiture, painting and Comic book art. I enjoy entering Art Gallery competitions across the region such as the Mall Galleries in London. I love doing various projects for people. As an artist, I love to see the emotions of people who view my artwork and the reactions they receive from viewing my pieces. Art is a way of expressing my emotions on a piece of paper and when it comes to art it is a time where I can relax and create a fine piece.
